Tuesday's election in Washington could mirror 2016 turnout


After shattering the record for early voting in a midterm election, SC voters are hitting the polls on a soggy Election Day to decide who represents them in local, state and constitutional races. In 37 states where early voting is offered, Americans can vote in person before Election Day.
