Le'Veon Bell says 'I love watching' Leonard Fournette run

He's one of those people who hates losing more than he loves winning, exactly the type of player you want as your quarterback. However, because of the two interception returns, the Steelers had the ball for the lion's share of the third and fourth quarters and the numbers are inflated by the number of possessions they had. Ben Roethlisberger placed the blame for arguably the worst performance of his 14-year career on his shoulders. "We had a plan to come up here and play our game".

Ben was 33-of-55 for 312 yards and five interceptions.

Ben Roethlisberger had a bad day. In six career games against the Jaguars prior to Sunday, he had thrown ten touchdowns and just three interceptions. Fitzgerald joined Jerry Rice and Tony Gonzalez as the only players in National Football League history with at least one catch in 200 straight games. It's largely been every week.

"Maybe I don't have it anymore", Roethlisberger said. The Redskins should take this one without much question.

When Roethlisberger didn't throw to a wide open Brown, the receiver reportedly felt the quarterback was intentionally not looking his way because of the tension between the two.

Is doubt beginning to creep into Roethlisberger's mind? He's a guy who doesn't shy away from contact at all.

So far, the Ravens are exactly where they were at the end of last season, an average team that finished 8-8. After the quarterback failed to spot a wide-open Brown on what would likely have been a long touchdown, the receiver threw a Gatorade cooler and shouted at offensive coordinator Todd Haley. Roethlisberger couldn't connect with Brown in the end zone, but still made the turnover count with a 34-yard Boswell field goal, going into halftime down, 7-6. However, they haven't consistently lived the part in this season. But it was the long runs everyone remembers, and when Baltimore hit the Steelers with another couple of long runs the following week, it was obvious that Mitchell's absence was felt. But those two losses were painful; an overtime game lost to Mike Glennon's Chicago Bears in Week 3, and now today's disheartening blowout loss at home to the Jaguars.

It came against a team with legitimate Super Bowl aspirations. Mariota's hamstring injury could cost the Titans even more wins moving forward. As the New York Times reported, pool reporters traveling with Pence were notified to stay in the van because Pence's attending the game was expected to be short-lived. They also held Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell to 47 yards on 15 carries.

Of course, Bell is also to blame for the running game not getting such heavy usage.

Roethlisberger preached patience early on, saying his team just needed time to settle in. But until the passing game actually shows that it can be more reliable as a proactive strategy, then it might be wise to put greater emphasis on the ground, which could include the usage of additional running backs.

"You'll have to ask coach [offensive coordinator Todd] Haley that at his press conference on Thursday", guard Ramon Foster said.
