Dallas Cowboys @ Arizona Cardinals: Monday Night NFL on Sky Sports

We're not anxious."Beasley, Elliott and the Cowboys will look to rebound after a 42-17 loss at Denver on Sunday". The last time the Cowboys lost as badly was in 2013 against the New Orleans Saints, where they fell 49-17 to an MVP-caliber Drew Brees. That means this Monday night game will feature Nos.

It's really hard to know what to expect when you've been presented with such a contrasting sample size.

If they do not get a healthy cornerback soon, it might be time for the Cowboys to pursue a veteran cornerback in a trade. Ultimately, I'm going to give Dallas the benefit of the doubt. I told you that last week, and they didn't do it. Broncos ran for 178 yards.

As much as Cardinals fans hate to admit it, Dallas Cowboys nation is definitely strong within Arizona borders. However, the Arizona Cardinals defense will have something to say about that. They clearly did not think Prescott was worth the pick and in their system that may be true.

The team that wins the ground battle and makes fewer mistakes should win and cover this game, and that team will probably be Dallas. The Cardinals last played in their stadium August 19, their third preseason game.

Kansas City (2-0) at Los Angeles Chargers (0-2) (1 p.m., CBS): With the Chargers' rookie kicker, Younghoe Koo, missing two late field goals, they have yet to win while representing their new home. Carson Palmer likes to take shots down the field, primarily outside the numbers. The men up front need to win this one for Arizona.

For the young Cowboys to take that next step, they need to do the same. The Cardinal's offense has been in an extended funk going back to last season, an issue that doesn't seem to improve anytime soon given the injury to RB David Johnson. Dallas wins this one, 23-16. And with a start, it's the home team and their depth of experience across key positions who look the better value. (The Giants are close).

Wetzel, according to Pro Football Focus, was one of the best offensive tackles in the NFL in week two.

On Sunday in Denver, though, Prescott and the Cowboys were humbled.

"I guess you could say it looked like that", Elliott said. But if they are, it's not going to be because Zeke gets better. He said the second-year running back handled it the right way and they are ready to put the situation behind them. Prescott was called on to pass a plenty against one of the best pass defenses in the National Football League and put up decent numbers, 30 of 50 passing for 238 yards, two touchdowns and two picks, but it wasn't good enough.

When Arians first arrived, he told reporters that teams should draft a quarterback every year because it's such a vital position to a team's success, but the Cardinals haven't followed that blueprint.
